By accessing our website www.meethr.in, engaging with us, or purchasing any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope & Nature of Services

Meet HR Jobs Connect operates strictly as a career guidance and professional branding service provider. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Job opening and vacancy guidance (information-based only)
  • Interview preparation and career development coaching
  • ATS-compliant resume writing
  • LinkedIn profile creation and optimization
  • Job search and positioning strategy support

Important Clarification:

Meet HR Jobs Connect does not provide:

  • Job placement or recruitment services
  • Hiring, referral, or employer mediation
  • Employment guarantees, interview guarantees, or salary assurances

Any job opportunity discussions are advisory in nature only.

3. Service Delivery Framework

All services are delivered based solely on the information and inputs shared by the client.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing complete, accurate, and truthful information
  • Sharing documents, details, and feedback within communicated timelines
  • Reviewing drafts carefully before final approval

Meet HR Jobs Connect is not responsible for inaccuracies arising from incomplete or misleading client inputs.

4. Revision Policy

Meet HR Jobs Connect provides reasonable and limited revisions to refine and improve the originally agreed scope of work.

Revisions:

  • Are limited to the same role, industry, and target discussed at purchase
  • Are meant for refinement, not redevelopment

Revisions do not include:

  • Role changes
  • Industry switches
  • Additional resumes or profiles
  • New job targets beyond the original agreement

Any out-of-scope request will require a separate service engagement.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Meet HR Jobs Connect follows a strict NO REFUND policy.

Once payment is made:

  • Work commences immediately
  • Time, expertise, and intellectual effort are invested

Therefore:

  • No refunds
  • No cancellations
  • No chargebacks

This policy applies under all circumstances, without exception.

6. Data Privacy & Document Retention

Meet HR Jobs Connect respects client confidentiality and data privacy.

  • Client documents are stored securely during the service period.
  • All personal files (resumes, IDs, certificates, supporting documents) are retained for a maximum of 14 days after service completion.
  • After 14 days, all files are permanently deleted from our systems.
  • Clients are solely responsible for backing up and storing their final deliverables.

7. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery timelines are communicated at the time of service booking.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Client response delays
  • Revision turnaround time
  • Volume of active projects

Delays in providing required inputs or feedback from the client side will automatically extend delivery timelines.

8. Client Responsibilities

By engaging Meet HR Jobs Connect, clients agree to:

  • Maintain timely communication during the service period
  • Provide truthful and verifiable information
  • Use delivered resumes, profiles, and guidance ethically and responsibly

Any misuse or misrepresentation using documents created by Meet HR Jobs Connect is the sole responsibility of the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

Meet HR Jobs Connect shall not be held liable for:

  • Interview calls or lack thereof
  • Job offers, rejections, or hiring decisions
  • Employer actions, background checks, or screening outcomes
  • Visa approvals, relocations, or employment terms

Meet HR Jobs Connect’s liability is strictly limited to the delivery of the purchased service only.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All drafts, templates, frameworks, and working documents remain the intellectual property of Meet HR Jobs Connect until full payment is received.

Upon full payment and final delivery:

  • The final approved document becomes the client’s property.
  • Meet HR Jobs Connect retains the right to reuse anonymized formats, structures, and frameworks for internal development and quality improvement.
  • Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or commercial reuse of materials created by Meet HR Jobs Connect is prohibited.

11. Modifications to Terms

Meet HR Jobs Connect reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time.

The latest version will always be published on www.meethr.in.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
