Introduction

Resume Listing and Purchase by Employers
These Terms & Conditions govern the usage of resume listing and purchase services provided by Meet HR Placement (we) to employers or recruiters (You). By purchasing resumes from our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, as per applicable Indian laws.

1. Service Scope

Meet HR Placement provides access to candidate profiles/resumes that are curated and listed based on categories such as industry, experience level, and job role.

Employers may purchase individual/Set of resumes at a fixed rate per profile.

The service ends upon delivery of the resume(s). Post-sale communication or employment terms between employer and candidate are not governed or monitored by Meet HR.

2. Pricing and Payment

Each resume/profile is priced and listed individually.

Full payment must be made before access is granted to the contact details or full resume of the candidate.

Payments are non-refundable, even if the candidate is not hired, rejects the offer, or is later found unsuitable.

3. Employer Responsibilities

Employers are expected to use the purchased resumes only for internal hiring purposes and shall not resell or distribute the data.

Once the resume is sold, the responsibility of contacting, negotiating, and hiring the candidate lies solely with the employer.

Any agreement, employment offer, or transaction made with the candidate is between the employer and the candidate directly.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Meet HR Placement does not guarantee employment, interview outcomes, or candidate performance.

We verify the candidate information to a reasonable extent but do not conduct background checks unless explicitly offered as an additional service.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, fraud, or misrepresentation arising out of the employer-candidate engagement.

Employers must do their own due diligence before offering employment.

5. Confidentiality and Data Usage

Resume data shared by Meet HR is confidential and solely for hiring purposes.

Any unauthorized sharing, duplication, resale, or commercial use of candidate data may result in legal action under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Data Privacy Laws applicable in India.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, trademarks, content, and systems used by Meet HR Placement are the intellectual property of the Company.

Misuse of brand name or copying of business models/processes will be treated as infringement under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kannur, Kerala, India.

8. Indemnification

The employer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Meet HR Placement from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to the employer’s use of the resume(s) or interaction with the candidate.

9. Termination of Access

Meet HR Placement reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services in case of misuse, unethical behavior, or violation of these terms.

10. Modification of Terms

Meet HR Placement reserves the right to modify or update these terms and pricing structures at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon publication on our platform.

11. Refund Policy:

As we deal with virtual products and services, all purchases are non-refundable.

For Candidates

Resume Submission by Candidates
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of resume submission services provided by Meet HR Placement (we) to job-seeking individuals (You). By submitting your resume to our platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. Resume Submission & Usage

By submitting your resume, you grant Meet HR Placement the right to store, categorize, and share your profile with potential employers seeking suitable candidates.

When you submit your resume to Meet HR Placement, you give us full permission to publicly display your name, qualification, and other details to verified employers.

Your resume may be included in our open resume listings, visible to employers searching for candidates.

2. No Job Guarantee

Meet HR Placement does not guarantee employment, interview calls, or job offers. Selection and hiring are fully at the discretion of the employer.

We aim to connect you with genuine opportunities, but the final decision lies between you and the employer.

3. Candidate Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information in your resume.

If any details provided by you are later found to be false, misleading, or fraudulent, Meet HR Placement has the right to blacklist or remove your profile from our system.

4. Privacy & Data Sharing

Your data will be used only for recruitment-related purposes.

We may share your profile only with trusted and verified employers, and we ensure confidential handling until a resume is purchased.

Meet HR Placement is compliant with relevant data protection rules under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

5. No Charges Without Consent

Meet HR Placement will not charge candidates any registration or resume posting fees.

If any value-added services (like resume writing or paid training) are offered, they will be optional and chargeable separately with your clear consent.

6. Post-Hiring Disclaimer

Once your resume is shared with or purchased by an employer, Meet HR Placement will not interfere in your hiring process, salary negotiation, or any employment agreement.

We are not responsible for any issues that may arise between you and the employer after the initial connection is made.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your resume and content. However, by submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use and share it for recruitment purposes.

8. Termination of Listing

Meet HR Placement reserves the right to remove any resume found to be inappropriate, outdated, or in violation of these terms.

Any misuse of our services or attempts to defraud employers may result in permanent blacklisting and legal consequences.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes related to candidate services shall be governed under the jurisdiction of courts in Kannur, Kerala, India.
