2. Nature of Service

MeetHR provides career support services including:

• ATS resume development
• LinkedIn profile optimization
• Interview guidance and career consultation
• Job search strategy support

MeetHR does not provide job placement, hiring, employment guarantees, or recruiter-mediated services.

3. Service Delivery

Our services are delivered based on the information provided by the client.
Clients are responsible for:

• Sharing accurate and complete details
• Reviewing drafts and providing feedback within the requested timeframe

4. Revisions Policy

We offer limited and fair revisions to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
Revisions are meant to refine the existing draft — not create a new resume/profile for different roles or separate job targets.

5. Refund Policy

MeetHR follows a strict No Money Back policy.
Once a payment is made, work begins immediately and intellectual effort is invested; therefore, refunds are not applicable under any circumstance.

6. Document Storage

We respect client confidentiality.

• Personal documents and files (resumes, certificates, IDs, etc.) are not stored online for more than 2 weeks after service completion.
• After 14 days, documents are automatically deleted from our system.
  Clients are responsible for safely storing their final files.

7. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery timelines are shared on service booking and may vary based on:

• Client responsiveness during revisions
• Workload and service queues
  Delays in providing required information from the client side will delay delivery.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Respond promptly during the drafting and revision period
• Provide truthful and valid information
• Use their final resume/profile responsibly and ethically

9. Limitation of Liability

MeetHR is not liable for:

• Job offers, interview calls, hiring outcomes
• Visa approvals, relocation outcomes, or employer decisions
  Our responsibility is limited strictly to delivering the purchased career services.

10. Intellectual Property

Drafts, templates, and formats created during service remain the intellectual property of MeetHR until full payment is received.
After delivery and payment completion, the final file becomes the client’s property.

11. Changes to Terms

MeetHR may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on this website, and continued use of services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
